About Us

Medcare Training Solutions is a South African training and medical safety provider established in 2016, founded on a clear mission: to equip organisations and individuals with the skills needed to maintain safe, compliant, and emergency-ready workplaces and events.

We go beyond standard OHS compliance. Our team delivers accredited First Aid, Firefighting, and Occupational Health & Safety training, alongside professional medical standby services for events of every scale — as well as intra-hospital and inter-facility patient transfers, supported by a qualified paramedic team.

Led by founder Paul Sweeney, a registered Emergency Care Technician (Paramedic) with over 25 years of medical experience and more than 20 years in training and health & safety management, Medcare combines hands-on clinical expertise with practical, high-quality instruction.
